Ziora Capital Holdings exists to put disciplined capital behind real property. Land, and the deeds, liens, and titles attached to it, has secured wealth for centuries — and it remains the most durable collateral an investor can hold. We bring modern underwriting and certain, principal capital to that timeless asset.

As a subsidiary of Ziora, we pair the patience of a long-term owner with the rigor of a credit shop. We search and insure title before we commit. We underwrite liens to defensible, first-priority positions. And when we buy land, we buy it outright — no financing contingencies, no broker chains, no surprises at the table.

The result is a firm that behaves more like a private bank than a speculator: conservative where it counts, decisive when it matters, and accountable for every instrument we record.
